THE BASIC OF CAREER MANAGEMENT
  1.  Career - Occupational position a person has over many years
  2. Career Management - A proces that enables employees to understand and develop their career in their company
  3. Career Planning - Set of work related goals a quires the necessary skills in order to achieve the career goal
  4. Career Development - The life long services of activities that contributes to a person exploration 

(Employee can made successful in certain tasks if they get come incentive from their Bos')

i - Individual
  • Accept responsibility for your own career
  • Asses your interest, skills, and value
  • Seek out career nformation

(sometimes, working in individual cannot be improve your skills and performance)



  
ii - Manager
  • Provide timely performance feedback
  • Provide development assignments and support
  • Participate in career development discussions

(Successful in one company is come from a good leader)


iii - Organization
  • Communication mission, policies, and procedures
  • Provide training and development opportunities
  • Offer a variety of career option

(Teamwork is important in solve the problem)
